A Relaxed Environment and Generous Benefits The dealership provides a very relaxed, informal working environment that allows for employees to take the time to strike up a conversation or sit down and have a coffee with their customers. There's also a lot of flexibility afforded to our employees, as Mike Fair understands and appreciates the need for a work-life balance. All full-time employees receive a generous medical and dental benefits package from Standard Life, and all employees receive two weeks of paid vacation each year after one year of employment (to a maximum of three weeks vacation for senior staff).
